Our Handsome Comet is Available

Comet is a big, sweet boy who loves everybody. Unfortunately, he likes to pick on his housemate Gwena. He loves McCoy, and so would do well with a kitten or young cat. But any cat who is nervous or afraid around others would not be a good companion for Comet. We'd love to find him a home where he'll be loved and spoiled forever. From time to time I hear of Norwegian Forest Cats whose owners have to give them up. Often these beautiful adult cats are in danger of being placed in a shelter only because their owner cannot keep them for personal reasons. Right now I do know about a six year old black and white female located in the Georgetown, Delaware area. The owner is entering a nursing home and would like the cat to remain close by so she could visit.  If you are interested in her or a future rescued Wegie. please send me an email and note that you are interested in rescue. I will only contact you if I hear of a rescue in your part of the country. However, if you'd be willing to pay shipping or travel to pick up an older cat, include that in your email and I'll notify you of possible rescues across the country.
